Restoration and maintenance are fundamental arts that assure your instruments a long life.

I follow a conservative philosophy of restoration, in this way the instrument remains as faithful as possible to its original appearance and structure.

On certain occasions it is necessary to reconstruct parts of the instrument, and the choice of materials plays a fundamental role: where possible, I use the same type of wood as the part to be reconstructed; alternatively I opt for a wood that is as similar as possible due to its technical characteristics and aesthetic details. The same is also true for paints, prepared by myself following the ancient knowledge of the art of violin making.
